Booking Terms & Conditions
By requesting a booking with JetBlack, you agree to the following key terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your reservation.
- Booking confirmation. Your request is not confirmed until JetBlack confirms it. Please review all reservation details (date, time, locations, vehicle type, passenger count) and report any discrepancies right away.
- Pricing. Displayed rates are preliminary and for reference only. The final fare may also include tolls, parking fees, waiting time, additional stops, taxes, gratuity, and service or processing fees. Rides are GPS-tracked, and the fare may be adjusted for the actual route, travel time, waiting time, and extra stops.
- Payment. An authorization hold may be placed on your card when you reserve. Your card is not charged until you confirm the final cost by email with a representative.
- Cancellations & no-shows. Cancel through the same channel you used to book. Cancellation is free if the booking was never confirmed. After confirmation, fees start at $31 and increase as pickup approaches, up to 100% of the flat rate. No-show is the full flat rate plus expenses incurred reaching pickup. Special events and specialty vehicles may have different cancellation terms.
- Passenger responsibilities. Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time, treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect, and follow safety instructions including seat-belt requirements. No smoking or vaping in the vehicle. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Delays beyond our control. JetBlack is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, or for missed flights or connections resulting from them.
