JetBlack is a New York black car service based at 34 W 34th St in Manhattan. Since 2010 we have run the trips this city actually takes: airport transfers at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, rides across the five boroughs, hourly bookings for days that don’t fit a timetable, and intercity runs to Boston, Philadelphia and beyond.

Every ride works the same way. You give us the pickup, the drop-off and the time; we answer with a fixed quote in writing. That number is the fare — there is no surge pricing at rush hour, in the rain, or on a holiday weekend. Cancellation is free until your booking is confirmed.

Airport transfers, handled like a system

Airport rides are the core of the business. Dispatch tracks your flight and sends the car against its actual arrival, not the scheduled one, so an early landing never means a wait and a delay never means a lost car. JFK to Manhattan is $65 in an economy sedan; LaGuardia and Newark runs are quoted to your exact address before you book. Express curbside pickup is the standard; a meet & greet inside the terminal is available as an extra.

City rides and hourly bookings

Inside the city, JetBlack covers point-to-point rides between neighborhoods, boroughs and venues, plus hourly bookings when the day has several stops — a roadshow, a wedding party moving between venues, a family seeing the city. Hourly work is quoted with its minimums stated upfront, and the same fixed-quote rule applies: you approve the total before anything is confirmed.

Intercity and group travel

The same cars run the region’s longer routes: Boston and Pennsylvania to the northeast and southwest, the Hamptons and Hudson Valley in season, Westchester and Connecticut suburbs year-round. Groups ride together in SUVs, vans and buses carrying 24, 30, 40 and 56 passengers, on one quoted fare for the vehicle — luggage in the same vehicle, stops when you want them, and a return that leaves when your event ends.
