Curbside or meet & greet?
Standard JetBlack pickups are express curbside: when you are ready at the arrivals curb, your chauffeur is there. It is the fastest way out of the airport and it is included in every airport fare.
If you would rather be met inside — a first visit, a guest you are sending, an elderly parent — meet & greet is available as an extra, arranged when you book so it is printed on your confirmation. Either way, dispatch is watching the flight, so the choice is about preference, not reliability.

These instructions describe the standard pickup at JFK, LaGuardia (LGA) and Newark (EWR) — the same flow at all three.
Before you land
Keep your phone on and reachable after landing — that is how dispatch and your chauffeur coordinate the exact meeting point at the arrivals curb. Have your booking name ready; the chauffeur works from the name on the reservation. If anything about your flight changes — a rebooking, a new flight number — tell us: flight-detail changes are the client’s responsibility to communicate, and a flight we don’t know about is a flight we can’t track.
When you land
Collect your bags, then head to the arrivals curb for your terminal. Your free wait time runs from the flight’s actual arrival and varies by vehicle type; in practice it covers a normal deplane-and-baggage pace. If your flight was badly delayed, don’t rush on our account — the car was dispatched against the delayed arrival, and the delay-pickup option can extend free wait up to two hours after you land.
If something goes wrong

The delay-pickup option adds up to one further hour, and the two stack: on a delayed flight you can have up to two hours free after actual arrival before waiting time is charged, and after the free period, waiting is charged at your vehicle’s hourly rate. The option exists because long-haul arrivals and slow baggage halls are normal — plan for them at booking, not from the curb.
